What Will Happen at a WOW Meeting ?
The WOW meetings will last 1 hour and
the breakdown is in the side margin. This is not
just for those who want to lose weight, but that
will be a major focus. It will also provide
wellness information and exercise, which everyone
needs. Most importantly we will center ourselves
around God’s Word!
Topics to discuss/learn about will
include weight management, tasty recipes, blood
pressure monitoring, benefits of water, low glycemic
foods and much more. We will have speakers, tasting
sessions, and loads of fun!
Exercise will be 1/2 of our meeting
and will vary from walking, stretching, low impact,
video instruction, etc. You will not get bored with
this exercise time!
At our first meeting, we will be
discussing points of interest and ways that we can
all contribute. This is something that everyone can
be a part of. Input from every one will be
essential to our success! It’s not a pre-packaged
program—it’s dynamic—one that we are going to design
just for us!
