Text Box: Our creator fashioned us as multi-faceted beings:  people with a wonderfully made body, an intricate mind, a wide range of emotions—and a spiritual dimension, too.  That’s why a support group that addresses our needs on all levels has the ability to help us reach our health and fitness goals that in the past have seemed out of reach.  That’s where WOW comes in!
We are worth it!  We are worth growing spiritually!  We are worth attending to our intellect & emotions!  We are worth taking care of our body! We are worth being all that God wants us to be! We are worth bringing ourselves back into balance in all areas

You may be thinking, ‘What is this WOW’?  It’s a FREE support group that meets once a week in order to provide accountability to those who want to lose weight,  spur spiritual growth in the form of devotions,  increase our knowledge about nutrition, and get our bodies moving in a fun, non-threatening way.  It’s composed of women of all ages and fitness levels. It’s for the women of Pine Hill Holiness Church but please bring friends as well—we want everyone who will to be a part of this.
Come to the first meeting and learn more!
Text Box: The WOW meetings will last 1 hour and the breakdown is in the side margin.  This is not just for those who want to lose weight, but that will be a major focus.  It will also provide wellness information and exercise, which everyone needs.  Most importantly we will center ourselves around God’s Word!
Topics to discuss/learn about will 
Text Box: include weight management,  tasty recipes, blood pressure monitoring, benefits of water, low glycemic foods and much more.  We will have speakers, tasting sessions, and loads of fun!
Exercise will be 1/2 of our meeting and will vary from walking, stretching, low impact, video instruction, etc.  You will not get bored with this

At our first meeting, we will be discussing points of interest and ways that we can all contribute.  This is something that everyone can be a part of.  Input from every one will be essential to our success!  It’s not a pre-packaged program—it’s dynamic—one that we are going to design just for us!
